Building America’s Next Great City

The selfish politics favored by old people of all political bents has lead to they decay and destruction of too many of America’s once-great cities. It’s well past time for young people to start cleaning up their mess & moving our country forward.

We’re building a movement of young Americans who want to move to a single city - Tempe, AZ - then take power in local government and use it to turn the city into an exceptional place for decent, hardworking people aged 18-40 to live, work, and study.

There are two main “phases” to this mission we’re embarking on.

First, we need to build a voting base of locals and newcomers who are on board with our stated goals - then work together to drive election outcomes and win power.

Then, we need to govern in a way that makes Tempe safe, pleasant, and beautiful for its hardworking residents - while pushing out the people who cause its present issues.

As we do this, property values will soar. Crime will fall. Wages will rise. We’ll all be far better off financially than we otherwise would.

What Policies We’d Pursue In Tempe

Tear down and rebuild homes in Tempe’s crumbling single family neighborhoods.

Relax party enforcement and make ASU a more fun place to go to college.

Require all new multifamily development to meet a high bar for quality & unit size

End all city support for homelessness programs and income-restricted housing.

Drive job creation & wage growth for working-aged adults with economic development incentives for companies in 1-2 target industries.
